PRIVACY POLICY

Don't ya just hate spam? ME TOO! The information that is collected on contact forms on this website or through the agency's booking forms is always safe and will never be sold or given to third parties besides that which is required to fulfill your booking (such as your name or date of birth) as per passport to a hotel supplier).

What sort of information might we collect?

Names and birth dates as per passports
Billing Addresses
Phone Numbers
Credit card information to apply payments approved by you or your guest with PDI compliance
Email addresses for sending invoices, E-Docs, and other important information related to your trip.

All information that you provide to us is used for two reasons.

1. For us to be able to get a hold of you about your booking and apply payments on your behalf with our Suppliers.

2. With our Supplier(s) to facilitate your booking.

All information collected is done so through secure forms. The only people with access to your information is myself, my assistant Jess, another agent (if I've granted permission to them to cover me off when on vacation), and the Escapes Management.

I will never

Apply deposits to your booking without invoice approvals completed
Ask for your credit card number (all 15 or 16 digits) via email (though I may confirm expiration and CCV via email)
Share your credit card information outside of entering the information into supplier payment portals
