When you call Dorina Brown Travel, you can expect a friendly, low pressure conversation. This conversation will help me narrow down your wants and needs at match you with the perfect venue.

I will ask a lot of questions - some of which you might not have thought of. But all these questions are about helping find you the best options.

- Does anyone in your group have mobility concerns?

After our conversation, if you'd like to continue with me, I'll collect a fee. Fees vary depending on the anticipated size of your wedding and are listed below. Once paid, I will start researching possibilities and present options.

Regardless of whether you book your group with me or not, your initial consult is complimentary. This allows you to ask questions, get to know me, and if undecided can help you decide if a destination wedding is right for you.

FEES

I believe that every couple deserves to be treated like royalty. That's why I charge service fees - to ensure that you get the personalized and dedicated service you need to create the wedding of your dreams. After the initial complimentary consult by phone or video chat and once you're ready to begin planning, service fees are charged before research and gathering quotes begins. Please note that service fees are non-refundable.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR FEE?

Your initial consultation is complimentary. Most calls take about an hour to go through your vision, your questions, and walk through the process.

Once you decide you'd like to work with me, an initial payment as agreed upon during our consultation call is required and is due prior to receiving your resort suggestion list. It is not applied towards your wedding costs with the resort or your travel costs. However, I do have promotions in place where you can earn back credit towards your group file with a minimum number of room nights booked. This is in addition to resort concessions (freebies). Many groups find the promotion refunds or exceeds the service fee.

My services include:

Assist finding a resort for your wedding
Assist in securing the wedding date and your wedding agreement with your chosen resort
Providing group quotes
Securing your group quotes and your room block contract with your chosen supplier
Providing your chosen supplier with a rooming list of guests booked
A wedding website to provide your guests information and a link to provide their booking
Booking your guests, applying their payments, answering questions, and assisting if issues arise for them
Advocating for you and your guests if necessary with the supplier and resort
Issuing trip documents (E-Docs) to travelers

Services fee does not cover or include:

Wedding Planning services
Penalties, fees, or other charges as outlined in wedding agreement with the resort or supplier agreement for the room block
Joining your group in destination - if you'd like to hire my services to attend the trip that can be hired separately.
